GP2538型高压无气喷涂机是无机锌和环氧富锌涂料专用喷涂设备，也是我公司自行研制的第三代系列产品。适宜于喷涂各种厚膜型无机锌或环氧富锌涂料，也适宜于各类钢材自动抛丸涂装流水线,喷涂无机锌或环氧富锌车间保养底漆，内外墙腻子、各种底漆、油性漆、磁漆、其他水性漆、防火涂料、各类涂料。主要应用于钢结构、C型钢、船舶、汽车、挂车、地坪、铁道车辆、集装箱、管道、储罐、油罐、起重设备、桥梁、水闸等大型构件的涂装。

GP2538 high pressure airless sprayer is specially for the coating of inorganic zinc and epoxy zinc rich, and the third series products developed by our company. suitable for various inorganic zinc and epoxy zinc rich coating of thick film type, and also suitable for various steel automatic shot painting stream line, inorganic zinc and epoxy zinc rich maintenance primer for production plant main tenance. The products are mainly used for the coating of large components like steel structure, ship, automobile, trailer, floor on ground, railway vehicle, container, pipeline, storage tank, bridge, water locks, etc.

[产品特点]

1.排量特别大，在用相同规格的喷嘴喷涂时，液压柱塞及活塞杆运动速度缓慢，可有效地减少这类涂料的沉淀和结块现象，从而减缓磨损和延长喷涂机使用寿命；喷涂时压力稳定，有利于控制和保证涂膜厚度及涂膜质量。

2.涂料液压系统的许多重要结构，均是针对无机锌涂料的特性而设计的，不易产生沉淀和结块，各高压阀口等重要零件不易损坏和磨损。

可接双枪喷涂；
